Big D Productions LLC provides video production services including planning, filming, editing, and delivery as outlined in your approved proposal.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on revisions, scheduling, location access, and third-party factors. Big D Productions LLC is not responsible for delays outside reasonable control.
Fees are billed according to the schedule in your service agreement. Late or unpaid balances may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or withholding of final files until payment is complete.
Clients are responsible for timely approvals, accurate project details, location permissions, and any required release forms. Big D Productions LLC is not liable for issues caused by missing client approvals or access.
Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the agreement terms. Work completed up to the termination date remains billable.
